Refund Policy

Important Notice

Dropavo operates as a free platform connecting merchants with third-party suppliers. As we do not charge for our services, there are no Dropavo fees to refund.

This policy explains how refunds and returns work within the Dropavo ecosystem, particularly regarding products fulfilled by third-party suppliers.

1. Dropavo Platform Fees

Dropavo is a 100% free platform. We do not charge merchants any fees for:

  • Account creation or maintenance
  • Access to our product catalog
  • Order processing or fulfillment coordination
  • Dashboard features or analytics

Since there are no platform fees, there is nothing to refund from Dropavo directly.

2. Product Orders and Third-Party Fulfillment

When merchants place orders through Dropavo, those orders are fulfilled by independent third-party suppliers (such as Zendrop). Important points to understand:

  • Dropavo does not manufacture, store, or ship any products
  • Payment for products goes directly to suppliers, not Dropavo
  • Refund policies for products are determined by the suppliers
  • Dropavo cannot process refunds for supplier transactions

3. No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our business model:

All sales through the Dropavo platform are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for products ordered through our platform.

This policy exists because:

  • Products are sourced from third-party suppliers upon order
  • Fulfillment begins immediately after order placement
  • We have no control over supplier inventory or shipping
  • Products cannot be returned to Dropavo as we do not handle physical goods

4. Exceptions

We may consider exceptions in the following limited circumstances:

  • Defective Products: If a product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. We will work with the supplier to resolve the issue.
  • Non-Delivery: If an order is not delivered within 45 days and tracking shows no movement for 14+ days, we will investigate with the supplier.
  • Wrong Item: If you receive a completely different product than ordered, contact us with photos within 7 days of delivery.

Note: Even in exception cases, resolution may involve store credit, replacement, or supplier-direct refunds rather than monetary refunds from Dropavo.

5. For Merchants: Customer Refund Handling

As a merchant using Dropavo, you are responsible for setting and communicating your own refund policy to your end customers. We recommend:

  • Clearly stating your refund policy on your store
  • Setting appropriate expectations about shipping times
  • Building refund costs into your markup pricing
  • Handling customer service inquiries directly

Dropavo is not responsible for disputes between merchants and their end customers.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only if:

  • The cancellation request is made within 12 hours of order placement
  • The order has not yet been sent to the supplier for fulfillment
  • The supplier confirms the order has not been processed

Once an order has been sent to the supplier or fulfillment has begun, cancellation is not possible.

7. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first attempting to resolve the issue with us:

  • Your Dropavo account may be suspended or terminated
  • You may be banned from creating future accounts
  • We reserve the right to pursue legal action for fraudulent disputes

8. How to Request Support

For order issues that may qualify for an exception:

  2. Include your order number and account email
  3. Provide clear photos of any product issues
  4. Describe the problem in detail
  5. Allow 3-5 business days for our team to investigate

9. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
